I’m a very busy dad whose way overweight, unfit, and way too busy to train. But I’ve committed to the Spartan Sprint in mid October 2018 and committed to change myself.

It’s difficult for me to find time to train. My wife and I work full time and operate a side business. We have two children together and she has three that we have part time.
