Fat Dads Training for Spartan

I’m a very busy dad whose way overweight, unfit, and way too busy to train. But I’ve committed to the Spartan Sprint in mid October 2018 and committed to change myself.

I would like to connect with others training for the Spartan, especially busy parents, and especially those who have a ways to go, fitness-wise.
