Hello all! I will be posting on this group from no on.
SO IVE WANTED TO JOIN A GROUP FOR DAYS NOW AND I ALWAYS SEEM TO BE TOO LATE TO GET INTO IT SO I THOUGHT I'D MAKE MY OWN...
I WOULD LIKE THIS GROUP TO HELP EVERYONE STAY MOTIVATED, HELP GO THAT EXTRA STEP, HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS, VENT THEIR CHALLENGES(IN WEIGHT LOSS), AND SO ON
STARTING DATE: MONDAY 6-25-18
END DATE: 9-3-18
THE GOAL IS TO LOSE 15 POUNDS BY 9-3-18 BUT YOU CAN STILL JOIN IF YOU WANT TO LOSE LESS(YOU NEVER KNOW YOU MIGHT JUST END UP LOSING MORE)
I WILL POST DAILY CHALLENGES THE DAY BEFORE... THEY WILL BE SIMPLE BUT HELPFUL AND WILL GET MORE DIFFICULT AS WE GO ON
I WILL KEEP A SPREAD SHEET AND GIVE WEEKLY UPDATES AND SEND THEM TO THE GROUP
WHEN POSTING YOUR WEIGHT AND CHALLENGE RESULTS POST THEM ON THIS THREAD(OR ANY OTHER COMMENTS OR SUGGESTIONS)
