Hope everyone is having a terrific Tuesday! I just wanted to share my personal goal and what I am doing to meet it. My personal goal is to lose 50 lbs. I am doing the Keto diet and after being on that for one week I am down 4.4 lbs. Woo! What is everyone else's goals? :)

100 Miles in 100 Days
We saw this on a T-shirt at the 5k in Wheeling today. Since we already have 3 miles in, anybody want to do this as a challenge in our group for the next 100 days?
Goal Sharing
Trying moving goals from the announcement section to down here in Discussion section for our new group. I accomplished my first goal of replacing the batteries in my scale. So I weighed in (and it wasn't pretty) and my first weight loss goal is 22 pounds. I like to set several smaller goals so I can mark an accomplishment…
