Lean by Halloween Family Challenge

Let's all try to motivate each other to drop some serious lbs before Halloween!

Our challenge long goals are to track our daily calorie intake and try to stay within our allowed calories AND to work out at a minimum of 2x per week. This can even be going for a walk!

I'll also be posting mini challenges and goals every week to keep us motivated. Please also share healthy recipes and any healthy eating out suggestions.

The winner will be the person who has lost the greatest percent body weight by Halloween. That's plenty of time to see progress. The prize is TBD and will be updated soon.
