Im starting March 18!
I have used ideal shape in the past but just as a meal replacement when I didn't have time to make anything for myself. Starting Monday I will be replacing a meal everyday with ideal shape! & will post on this thread to keep it updated!
Anybody out there?!
I know Im not the only one trying to use ideal shape to drop some lbs!
