CFKW 2018 Healthy Habits Challenge
**CHALLENGE ENDS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 16, 2018**
-Retest your benchmarks* on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and send your before/after results to Kimmel or LT by the end of the day on Wednesday 11/21
-Please send other quantifiable goals that you were monitoring outside of MyFitnessPal (weight loss, going to the gym a certain number of days per week, etc.) to Kimmel or LT by Wed. 11/21
-Awards will be presented between classes on Saturday November 24
*Benchmark Workouts (to be retested by Wed 11/21):
-Clothesline WOD from Monday 10/1/18 (in SugarWOD)
- 1 min max pushup
- 1 min max pullup
- 3 RM front squat
