Dope Dads!

The main goal of this group is to keep each other motivated. You can log your exercises as well as food l day. We’ll start by doing this for 30 days and go from there.

AT LEAST 4 times a week you need to log the following:

100 Air squats
50 mountain climbers
25 push ups
10 burpees

At least once a week you must run 1 mile

Those are minimums so if you have the energy DO MORE!
