PPP Post-Conference Challenge 2018-2019

This is our post-conference fitness challenge. The challenge will run from November 1st - April 30th.

For weight-loss results/winners:
We will follow the Biggest Loser rules for this challenge using a calculation for percentage of body weight lost throughout the challenge to determine the winner(s). Each participants weight must be sent via pic message reply to the discussion thread between 12:00AM-11:59PM EST on the specified date.

The formula to calculate your weight loss percentage is: pounds lost divided by starting weight. Then, multiply the result by 100.

Example:
(5lbs / 150lbs) * 100 = 3.33%

So, if your starting weight is 150lbs and you lost 5lbs, you’ve lost 3.33% of your body weight.

For inches lost results/winners:
Each participants must provide the following measurements via message reply to the discussion thread between 12:00AM-11:59PM EST on the specified date:
  1. Chest
  2. Neck
  3. Waist
  4. Hips
  5. Left Arm (largest part of bicep)
  6. Right Arm (largest part of bicep)
  7. Left Thigh
  8. Right Thigh
  9. Left Calf
  10. Right Calf

Weigh-ins will occur bi-weekly on Sunday's except for the initial weigh-in on Thursday, November 1st & the final weigh-in on Tuesday, April 30th.

Body measurements will occur on the last Sunday of each month with the exception of the final measurements on Tuesday, April 30th. The dates are 11/25, 12/30, 1/27, 2/24, 3/31 & 4/30.

Full body pics will be required along with the body measurements on the dates indicated above.

All measurements will be recorded on a master spreadsheet document that will be shared via Google Docs.
