25 days of fitmas

This is a 25 day challenge prior to the holidays with an additional plan to get you through the holidays as well.


Starting November 29th - Dec 23rd

This will consist of tracking your calories daily, utilizing the 80/20 rule stay within your calories 5 days and then splurge a bit (moderately) no more than 2 days of the week.

Exercising 4 times per week for at least 30 min and hitting a goal of 10,000 steps 5 out of 7 days of the week

accountability is key 😀

You must check in twice per week - provide something that went well and something that you may have struggled with and your average steps from the last couple days!

You can post as often as desired!! I will be posting 30 minute workouts you can do at home or at the gym. Double workout days will only help to burn more calories so 30 min of cardio then Pilates later is a double day 😀

I will also calculate your calories for you so you have a goal. Dietary wise eat pretty normal. Eat as clean and whole food as possible. The less processed the better. Eat real butter or good fats over processed fats, cook as much as possible, carbohydrates should come mainly from veggies and low sugar fruits - complexing carbohydrates and high fiber carbohydrates are king when eating carbohydrates.
