ESD School Nurses Walk & Chug Challenge 2019!!!
Join our special group for some FUN competition, health & fitness challenge, and prizes!!! The Quad with the most "points" will be announced at our end of March Meeting and will win a special grand prize!!!

1. Log activity (walking/exercise) daily OR amount of water consumed.
2. Each day logged counts as ONE point! For either walking or hydrating.
