Become a Loser Get Fit, INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Abs Challenge

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Abs challenge for January 2019. TO JOIN THIS GROUP YOU SHOULD ALREADY BE EXERCISING A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR 30 MINUTES AND DOING REGULAR AB WORKOUTS.

Each day has a separate challenge for you to do. When you complete the challenge, RSVP to the event by marking YES. If you only complete part of it, mark MAYBE. If you don't complete it at all, mark NO. Before you start the challenge, take a "before picture" so you can see your progress by the end of the month. At the end of the challenge you can then take an "after picture" and compare the two. Hooray for progress and improvements!

This ab challenge will work best if you reduce your caloric intake and supplement it with additional cardio and weight training exercises. If you need help with knowing what to do, feel free to ask questions here through the discussion page.
