A 40 day no frill, no excuses, goal achieving, self motivating accountability group!
Duration: January 1st- Feb 9th, 2019
This group will be used to hold each of us accountable for our own health/fitness goals, and to motivate others to reach and keep their goals.
The Only Rules:
#1 - Pick 1 realistic goal, and 3 attainable objectives that will help you reach your goal (See Discussion Post Below)
#2- Track your daily food intake using this lovely app! (Studies show using a food journal will help weight loss and a healthier lifestyle)
#3- Post at least 2x a week in the discussions below! Share your progress, motivate others, I promise it will help!
Oh and..
#2- No post for 1 week, will get you a warning!
#3- No post for 10 days straight, and you will be removed from the group! :-)
