Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) Support Group
I'm starting this group with the hopes to grow a community of people suffering from intestinal/bowel/gut disease diagnosis'. I'd like to build a forum for, Shared recipes, Personal Stories, Successes, Failures, and overall support when and if you have a question about the SCD. I know I have lots of questions and I always have to go on the hunt online to find an answer. I'd like to be able to login to MyFitnessPal and ask a group of others that are on this same diet.
