So I was behind...and haven't been able to catch up. I did 200 today and 70 yesterday. I'm just going to move forward since there is only one day left!
I skipped yesterday due to a very long day so I will be playing catch up today and most likely tomorrow.

I did complete day 23 yesterday. I have also signed up for a few races in my area for the next two months! Feeling better each day!

So I just completed day 22-185. I didn't do yesterdays due to the fact I worked ten hours. So I am going to try and do them (180) tonight! If I don't post again tonight I maybe lying on my floor crying! :)
Day 18 was done yesterday and I just finished day 19!! It seems to be getting a bit easier to get lower in the squat.
Day 17 -150 squats!
It's definitely getting hard with the higher numbers, just have to keep pushing!
