Kayaking
I'm liking kayaking--it is maybe 95% upper body and core, so easy on the legs. Seems like I'm getting a lot of nice use of my obliques, they are waking up!
Looking for New Activity Ideas
I love Zumba, but I also like to mix it up to keep boredom at bay. Anyone try a new sport or activity? How did it go? What would you reccomend?
