1200 MINUTES EXERCISE MINUTES COMPLETED IN 58 DAYS! THIS BREAKS DOWN TO GETTING IN A QUICK 30 MINUTE WORKOUT WITHIN 40 DAYS OF THE 58 DAY CHALLENGE! YOU CAN LOG YOUR MINUTES BY COMPLETING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS AN LNF NUTRITION & WELLNESS POSTED WORKOUT, BRISK WALK THAT GETS YOUR HEART RATE UP, A RUN OUTDOORS OR ON A TREADMILL, RUNNING, CYCLING INDOORS OR OUT, GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, ROCK CLIMBING, PADDLE BOARDING YOGA, BARRE CLASSES, AND THE LIST GOES ON!

LOG A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES, 5 TIMES PER WEEK AND YOU ARE SURE TO HIT THE 1200 MINUTE GOAL BY JANUARY 1ST! FOR EACH WORKOUT COMPLETED AND LOGGED, YOU WILL EARN POINTS.
FOR EVERY 30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE LOGGED, YOU WILL RECEIVE 1 POINT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 40 POINTS IN OVER THE COURSE OF THE CHALLENGE. WE DON'T ALLOW EXTRA POINTS AS WE FIRMLY BELIEVE IN TAKING 2 REST DAYS EACH WEEK TO LET YOUR BODY RECOVER AND MUSCLES GROW DURING THOSE TIMES OF REST!

IN ADDITION, THERE WILL BE A CHANCE TO EARN BONUS POINTS EACH WEEK BY COMPLETING SIMPLE TASKS WHICH WILL BE POSTED IN THE LNF HEALTHY CHALLENGE GROUP! BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THOSE AND HAVE FUN PLAYING ALONG!
