CrossFit Bluestone's Jan 2020 Nutrition Challenge
The key to this challenge is CONSISTENCY.
RULES of CHALLENGE:
-$25 Buy-In (must be paid before Jan 4th)
-Challenge starts Jan 6th and ends Mar 6th
-Log all of your meals and weigh yourself no more than 2X a week
-Keep track of your diary logs and show me each week you logged at least 6 days.
-Each week you log 6 days in your food diary, you will receive 1 ticket to put in drawing at end of month.
-Additional "Challenges" to win EXTRA tickets will be announced periodically through the MyFitnessPal message board.
$$ will go to the person who logs the MOST
$ to the person who ALMOST logs the most.
(Tie Breaker- who checked in the most workouts)
