RTO Florida Health Challenge
Happy 2020!
I was thinking it would be fun to have a health challenge to kick off the new year and get us all Florida ready!

The challenge will run January 20th - February 24th. There is a $20 buy in. Each person will track their meals, snacks, beverages, water & exercise. You will earn points for each challenge you complete. The person(s) with the most points at the end will win the buy in money. This is based on the honor system, I couldn't find a free app to pool all the data, so make sure you're being honest with yourself & your friends!

Here's how it will work:
- Sign up for a FREE myfitnesspal account/app
- Sync your FitBit or Apple Watch with your account (for easier exercise tracking)
- Import your personal information to determine your daily calorie goal
- Track your water food and exercise daily
- Each Sunday night you'll post your total points for the week, broken down by category
- The person(s) with the highest points will have their tracker checked for proof of point accuracy!
Points & Health Challenges
- Drink 80oz of water per day (does not include tea or coffee) - earn 1 point per day
- Exercise for 30 minutes a day - earn 2 points per day
- Stay under your daily calorie goal - earn 3 points per day
