Over 60 and starting again in 2020

Hello All.

I took a break over Christmas and now I'm starting again.

Current Weight: 180 (gained over the holidays!)
Goal Weight: 140
Age: 60

40 pounds to go!

My plan:

Track all food (calories & carbs - I'm doing mainly keto/vegan eating)
Exercise every day - even if it's just 30 mins a day
Mind-set is: See what happens if I don't give up

Post: Every day or least once a week to report in.
