A healthy mind in a healthy body. The goal of the challenge is to encourage Sorors to maintain a minimum of 150 minutes of physical fitness activity each week. 150 minutes is equal to an average of 30 minutes of exercise a day for 5 days. Physical activity includes anything that requires moderate to active participation and is continuous for at least ten minutes.
Sorors are encouraged to use the app to record all fitness activity, and you can also track the calories that you eat.
