Memorial Day and so thankful to all who are serving, and have served. How was the holiday? Any moving? 60 this morning for me, but it was hard after all day wedding festivities for a dear friend yesterday!

Hey people! Everyone enjoying their Memorial Day Holiday weekend out there?? I got in over an hour walk, so doing well here. Nice weather certainly helps.

Well, I am back. Glad to see that everyone has been working hard. I on the other hand did try to watch what I ate but it was difficult at times because our food was furnished so I didn't always have good choices. I will weigh in tomorrow. Only 8 days left this month and a holiday weekend approaches... How are you going to or how DID you, move it today? I put in 40 this morning and have 40 on tap for tonight.... MOVE IT!!!
My 60 minutes a day
Hopefully no one minds that this is how I log my 60 minutes. I'll post on this thread daily instead of making a new one everyday.
