#WinEveryday August Fitness Challenge

We have to complete 190.6 minutes of exercise a week. We can use My fitness pal or Apple activity app. We all have to provide receipts too. 7 burpees for every minute you don’t work out (i.e you do 188.6 minutes..2 minute short of goal = 14 burpees)
