Hi , I have always been successful with weight loss using MFP but this is my first time as a végétarien. Looking for a yummy easy rib sauce recipe for a friend that's coming over. She not vegan... But willing to try. Any recipes that I can miss with not to much product and trouble to make but taste like ribs sauce?? She loves as ribs! Or a friendly vegan product rib sauce I can buy?
I was just wondering if anyone else had an issue with getting enough calories. I'm recording everything i eat yet I have a hard time eating even 1200 calories some days. I'm not hungry and on days like today when I burn 500+ calories I have the hardest time eating them back. Ideas? Suggestions?
