Trading out bread for rice cakes!
The crunch of these cakes is so satisfying. I top with avocado spray, sliced cucumber, hummus or crunchy powdered peanut butter. Sometimes adding cocoa with stevia. Addicting.

Amazing willpower but losing nothing
Hi , I have always been successful with weight loss using MFP but this is my first time as a végétarien. My diet is amazing : all whole foods , no alcohol , good macros, 1000- 1200 calories a day, lots of water and minimum 12,000 steps a day …. And I am losing nothing :( has anyone got any tips please ?

Looking for a yummy easy rib sauce recipe for a friend that's coming over. She not vegan... But willing to try. Any recipes that I can miss with not to much product and trouble to make but taste like ribs sauce?? She loves as ribs! Or a friendly vegan product rib sauce I can buy?
