My Weight Loss Journey
I have tried losing weight for years. Sometimes I do okay but usually my plan does not work. Reasons 1) Habitual snacked 2) Habitual shopper 3) Love sweets and fried yums 4) Find readons to avoid exercise 5) Anxiety stricken and the list goes on. However, this time I must lose weight and turn new leaf.
