Power Up: Living Victoriously!

Purpose of this group is to bring a number of supportive women together encouraging one another to take back their health (mind, body, and soul) for themselves. We will focus on incorporating diet, exercise/new lifestyle in our daily lives. Non vegan members, if you have not received the potential diet plan via email please let me know. Below are the minimal guidelines to begin:
Daily: Minimum 30mins of cardio (Peleton, aerobics, running, walking neighborhood or halls at work 😜)
Water: Goal is 1 gallon water daily; however, initially begin with 1/2 current weight in ounces=minimum daily volume (i.e. 120lbs=60 oz water/day)
Diet: I'm doing intermittent fasting with 16:8 window plan; however, I will email a potential diet plan for you to start with to get on board. Please modify as desired based on personal dietary restrictions etc.
