Each month, complete the goal repetitions of each exercise (pushups, squats, Plank). You can split the workout however you would like in the course of the month :)

23 Minutes of Planking

Level 3:

30 Minutes of Planking

Level 4:

600 Pushups
3000 Squats
60 Minutes of Planking
