Hey Guys! I’m Matt. I’m currently the heaviest I’ve been (including Covid 🤦🏼‍♂️). In part due to losing my dad and basically falling off track. I’m now looking to keep to a weekly average target of 2k cals a day. And I’m looking for a group to help motivate along the way :) Hope you’re all okay?!

This is a bit confusing here. Where do I find the diets?Is there a place to manually add your steps? What are we supposed to do here? Nobody ever seems to be here.Is there a way to tell if someone is on line? :/
