Exercise actively at least 20 minutes every day; eat only your budgeted calories every day; and track your caloric food and caloric beverages every day for the entire month. Report in to the group once per day or no less than once every 3 days. If you fulfill those goals, you will be included in the monthly Winner's Circle. This is a coveted achievement to those who seek a better life of thoughtful healthy habits.
A day in which you 'miss' the targeted rules is a Pass Day. You are allowed 3 Pass Days per month and still qualify for the Winner's Circle.
