Fourth Quarter
The idea of the fourth quarter is something my cheerleading coach imparted to me. The fourth quarter is the phase in the game where you're tired and exhausted both physically and mentally, but you know that it is also the most important phase if you're going to win. That's what we train for. This group will hopefully be a sharing--nay, a community--where we share the things that get us through the mucky, yucky, and tough points of our fitness journey. From the practical to the philosophical, it's a hero's journey.
