The Football Fan's Diet

Model your health goals, diet plans, calorie counting by modeling them on a full NFL season. Each day you give yourself touchdowns when you meet a goal and you give up towns when you don't. At the end of the week, you get a W or L and keep going. It's a fun way to achieve health, especially if you are an American NFL football fan.
