30 Days
- Stick to a diet anyone of your choosing, 30 days no cheat meals!
- 2 Workouts a day of 20 minutes or 1 40 minute workout each day
- 7 hrs of sleep a night on average over 30 days
- Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book per day
- Track everything
- Daily Progress pictures
