You must do the following things DAILY:
If you miss one thing in a day you must start back at day 1.
You must do the following things DAILY:
- 2 45min workouts (one must be outside)
- 1 gallon of water
- progress photo
- 10 pages read of personal development (no audiobooks)
- Follow a diet
- No cheat meals or alcohol
