75 HARD

Those following the 75 HARD program as seen on instagram created by Andy Frisella.
You must do the following things DAILY:
  • 2 45min workouts (one must be outside)
  • 1 gallon of water
  • progress photo
  • 10 pages read of personal development (no audiobooks)
  • Follow a diet
  • No cheat meals or alcohol

If you miss one thing in a day you must start back at day 1.
