Warriors Focus on Fitness!

Best way to lose weight is to track and be in a positive community! Honor System! Use your own scale, weigh in every Wednesday (gives you a day or two to recuperate after the weekend:)

Share tips and share recipes with the collective!
Start date Weds, Jan 13 and we will end Phase 1 before break, and pick up with Phase 2 after break.

To participate:
1. Join myfitnesspal and send your user name and email to me so I can invite you to the Warriors Focus on Fitness group located in the app.
2. Weigh in on Wednesday and put your weight in the app.
3. Log in your measurements and put it in the app.
4. Start tracking your food and start moving! Log both! Or not. But you need to get your weight and measurements in the app.
5. Once the group has been established, then *friend* everyone in our group so that you can see progress and share ideas in the group.
6. This group is an invite only group.
7. Pay $5 cash to DocM (stef) by Friday, Jan 15.
8. Payouts: Will payout the Thurs/Fri before spring break!

I *think* that every time we log our meals or work out, it will show up in the group feed, but I am not sure!

The BIG thing is that we will have a space to share ideas and encourage as we go!
