Gaining Health in 2021
Hey sister! This IS your year! No crash diet needed. Just trusting yourself to make tiny adjustments to your day for BIG results. Consistency is key! Together we will commit ourselves to God and enjoy the journey to a healthier temple. We won’t focus on a certain number, but rather we will focus on daily pursuing health and life giving decisions to fuel our bodies.
Here are our daily goals:
At least one serving of greens a day
Drink a gallon of water
Track EVERYTHING on MyFitnessPal
No eating after 7pm
Move your body 5 days a week for 10 mins (or more)
Little to no sugar intake
This is grace based. You will NOT make yourself feel guilty for what you eat. You will say when you’re close to being full “this was so good and I’m so full and satisfied”. 1/3 of this is our mind, 1/3 spirit, and 1/3 physical.
This will be a journey to learning to love and enjoy food that makes you feel the best. We will learn to lean on our creator, encourage one another, and be consistent!
