We Can Do This 2.0
Hey! I am trying to create a way for us to maybe create "challenges" for each other. I often see "walk X steps a month" type of challenges. I thought it might be fun to connect and share any good indoor exercise ideas you may find over the winter. Some of us do not live on the California coast (yet), but I know there is almost too much to choose from and I do not want to just join something without knowing if it is worth it.
Hoping that once the virus abates and weather warms, we might be able to connect for a walk or ride!
I am not doing any plan, just old school watching what I eat and making changes. Some days are easier than others, but maybe on the tough days...someone here might be able to keep us "on track".
