DFW Area Food Lovers!
Ok, so we here in the great state of Tejas love to eat. I am about 260 or more. 5'10'. I just started this, doing well on my first day, and did 30 sit ups (gonna hurt later). I want to just eat less by keeping up with my food goals, and get back to exercising. I would love to have more people around the area to tell me what they are doing...share notes, and victories. I am no buff guy, just 52, and want to feel great until 102!!!! (Oh, I'm an IT guy...sit all day)
