This group is for us ladies over 40 who are looking for accountable friends who won't coddle us. We are looking to help each other with gentle tough love. No coddling each other and telling us our bad habits are ok. We all have bad days, and for those in this group, we want someone to help push us off the couch, not pour us a cup of tea.
