Group for women in their mid 20s- mid 30s wanting to lose a significant amount of weight in a sustainable way. I have lost 140 pounds since 2016 and been able to keep it off. I still have 30 pounds to lose for myself but along the way I have learned so much about health and wellness. Let's join together to meet our goals and support each other.
