Mans and Misses100 Day Challenge

Hi All,

This one is a 100 day challenge for all of us.

the challenge is for us all to eat 500 Calories less that our theoretical BMR.

Mine is 2077 so i will aim to eat 1577 per day for the next 100 days (healthy balanced diet)
