PAC Wellness Challenge

Ladies and Gentleman, start your engines!!!

Oh wait, not your actual car engine - actually we are talking about you, in a way you are like an engine much like a vehicle engine needs care and maintenance, we need that as well!

So, many of us struggle with that, finding time, motivation, or whatever to get going and taking care of ourselves!

Does this sound familiar? Or, are you already doing things to take care of yourself? Maybe, you are taking care of yourself, but you are also looking for other things that you may be missing when it comes to the maintenance of your body and mind?











Well, I have the thing for you! PAC is trying out this Wellness Challenge thing that you may have seen other places try, or seen in your news feeds or emails. We have started to create something that will not be just about your body and its physical performance, but also your spiritual and mental needs.

We also recognize that we are all at different levels of skill and performance with these components. So, you don't need to be doing the same things, or comparing yourselves to others, when it comes to participating in this challenge.

We have included a list of many different exercises and activities that will count toward your progress on this challenge.

you can literally mow the grass and count that

you can read a book and count that

you can go sailing and count that

you could meditate

you can do a 30-minute CrossFit class and count that

The one thing we encourage you to do is to set goals for yourself. We suggest setting three goals – low, medium, and high. Having a measurable goal can help motivate you in moments you don’t want to get started.
