So, here are my results. I did not lose a lot of weight, about 1 kg (2,2 pounds).
Hi, I'm a bit ahead of the most of you I think, but I'm sitting in my chair sweating, but happy. I'm completed the 30 days!! (with some rest days ofcourse) :) . I'm gonna jump into the shower now, but I'll update you soon on the results. Hang in there and I hope you all make it to day 30!

Day 9, level 3 is done! OMG!!!! ONLY ONE DAY LEFT!!!! But, I have an issue. Yesterday, I tweaked my upper hamstring/glute. It felt OK when I started today's workout...but then started to hurt again during the mountain climbers. Had to take it easy the rest of the work out. (worst calorie burn during the 30DS!!!) So, I'm…
Done! Only TWO DAYS to go!! Didn't get the best burn in today. I think I strained a butt muscle!! Ugh. Hoping that resting tonight will be enough for it to stop hurting so I can bang these last two days out!!
Day 7 of level 3 is DONE!! Everyone sing with me....."It's the final count down!!!" Only three more days to go!!!
Day 6 of Level 3 -- DONE!! Really really pushed myself today! Did more of the advanced moves. Push ups and plank raises only about half the time at advanced, but pushing myself to try for longer each day. My burn today really shows how hard I pushed. 383 calories today vs. my usual 330-340. WOOHOO!!! Feeling amazing!!!
HALF WAY DONE WITH LEVEL 3!!!! Day 5 is history!!! I pushed myself today - starting to get out of my funk. Tomorrow I will push myself to do some more of the more advanced moves. Gonna make the last 5 day count - gonna really push!!!
Done with day 4 of level 3. After tomorrow, I'll be half way done with the last level!!! I'm feeling like I need a boost of encouragement to really push hard these last few days. I can see myself slipping and not giving it my all. Please, give me some words of encouragement....please!!!
Wow - done.....thank god!!!!! Sooooo glad I have a rest day tomorrow!!! Today was a real struggle getting through the workout. Fingers crossed that a rest day will do me good...like they have in the past.
