Soft 35

1. The first rule of “SOFT 35” is - You DO talk about “SOFT 35” (as we will have a zoom call or two).
2. The second rule of “SOFT 35” is - If you miss a day, you simply add one on to your total of 35 days.
3. The third rule of “SOFT 35” is - You must read or listen to (with an audiobook) a minimum of 10 pages of a book a day.
4. The fourth rule of “SOFT 35” is - You must drink a minimum of 64 ounces (a half gallon) of water every day.
5. The fifth rule of “SOFT 35” is - You must workout a minimum of five days per week (a seven day span with a maximum of 2 rest days) for at least 20 minutes per day.
6. The sixth rule of “SOFT 35” is - You must take a progress pic of yourself (Yes, you can leave your shirt on. This isn't Tinder!) every week.

7. The seventh rule of “SOFT 35” is - You must not consume more than 4 ounces (2 shots) of hard alcohol (greater than 5%) in a 2 day span.

8. The eighth rule of “SOFT 35” is – You must track your daily caloric intake. MyFitnessPal is a recommended app for this.

9. The ninth rule of “SOFT 35” is – You must confront one demon a week. This could be something as simple as paying a bill you've been putting off or as complex as having a heart-to-heart with someone you care about.
