12-3-30 on treadmill challenge~

I guess lauren giraldo made it popular so I made this group for y'all to record your results trying 12-3-30 on the treadmill as many times as you can a week.
This is 12% incline, 3 miles per hour(4.8 kmph) for 30 minutes a day on the treadmill.
Do it as many times as you may a week, usually people do it daily, or 3-5 days a week.
You'll probably benefit from keeping your diet in control too.
