This group is to hold ourselves accountable for completing our workouts. I am not concerned with what food you are eating nor the exact number of calories you burn. For example, for a gym work out you can just put APC Lifting Workout and estimate 100 calories per 30 minutes. For running you can estimate 10 calories per minute and put in an exercise like "APC Running Workout" or "Long Distance Run" etc. Don't feel like you have to type in each exercise!
