Commitment and Motivation Toward a Healthier and Balanced Life

This group is not limited to exercise and diet. A motivated lifestyle often carries over in different areas of our lives. Let's motivate and support each other.

-Introduce yourself. What kinds of goals are you hoping to achieve? What is your biggest challenge or weakness?

-Post daily, weekly or monthly goals. (ex. drink water, workout for 30 min, get out of bed by 6:30 ). There will be a new discussion for each week. Post goals for each day or for the whole week under that thread. We may change this format if it's hard to follow. Post as often as you need to check in or follow up on how you did with the specific goals. You can quote your original message in your follow up if needed.

-Celebrate accomplishments by cheering each other on and sharing. We are more motivated and committed to the goal when we know others are listening.
