So I know that you are insecure about your appearance, and as much as I think you look handsome and extremely attractive, I understand your frustration. Plus, I would like to lose some weight and feel healthier too.

Based on your idea to see who can reach a middle-weight first, I am creating this as a challenge. MyFitnessPal has plenty of recipes and workouts you can do based on your goals.

I weighed myself today and I am 165, it fluctuates between 160-165. Last time you told me you weighed 155.
Let's try for 158-159 as a starting goal, and we can change it once we get closer :)
