100 Plus pounds to lose

This group is pretty easy to follow. It's mostly based on accountability and treating ourselves gently. With this much to lose we need to take it slow and steady right? I think checking in daily to share a quick 10-minute walk or a simple morning stretch should do it. And of course, anything else will do also.
