CWI Fall 2021 HLTH 220-001R Fitness Challenge

Welcome to my first ever Health 220 class fitness challenge. The whole goal is to get active, have fun, and encourage one another, with a little extra incentive to make your Nutrition professor suffer with 100 burpees for time if you succeed in beating her 🤣.

The challenge will run for 4 weeks. You can participate in 1 option or both.

Option 1
Average calorie burn for the 4 weeks. For this challenge 2 people are needed to 🔥on average more calories than Sarah Syndergaard for the 4 weeks. You must submit proof via screenshots from your fitness tracker.

Option 2
Average 10,000 steps per day for the 4 weeks. For this challenge 4 people are needed to average at least 10,000 steps per day during the 4 weeks. Proof of total or average steps during the 4 weeks must be submitted
