Nalu 60 Day Challenge

- Challenge start date and end date – 10/20 to 12/15
- Fill-in Excel spreadsheet by entering your Current Weight and Desired Weight
- Each Wednesday we will have our weekly weigh-ins (weigh-ins may be televised and audited
with proof of scale photo)
- Track daily meals and workouts using the app
- Suggested Daily Calories – use calculator to track

- 1800 to maintain weight
- 1500 to lose weight
- 1200 to lose weight faster (not recommended). Nothing fast ever lasts!
- Drink plenty of water, limit alcohol and sugary drinks
- Each participant is committing to eating clean, exercising by following the daily workout challenge and get a minimum of 10,000 steps daily
- Remember you get out what you put into it!
