Hello all! I wasn't able to find an active Kentucky group so I figured I'd just start one!
I'm Melissa. 45 y/o F in Morehead, KY. I lost 90 pounds a few years ago and gained 30 back the past 2ish years. I need to get that back off. I'm a police telecommunications supervisor so I work lots of 12 hour shifts which makes life a bit difficult. I also own a tattoo shop so there is the added stress of being a business owner. It'd be awesome to find local folks to meet up for hikes when the weather permits. That's the only exercise that doesn't feel like exercise to me..lol
